Need to Reschedule or Cancel Your Appointment?
Your scheduled appointment is reserved specifically for you. Any change to this appointment affects other patients.
If you would like to change or cancel your appointment, please call our office at (503) 352-3224 within 48 hours of the visit.
For those patients who choose to cancel with less than 48-hours notice or who do not show up for their visit, a deposit will be required to reschedule the appointment.
Proudly Offering 1-on-1 Care
Our goal is to provide the highest level of care at every step of the process. From your first consultation with us to follow-up visits, you’ll often have as much as an hour and a half of 1-on-1 time with the doctor and your care team.
We do not require a referral to book a consultation. However, if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, letting us know as soon as possible ensures we can open up this time to another patient and continue serving our community with high-quality, personalized care.
